PRINCIPLES OF OPERATION
Orion Refrigerant Gas Dryer Works on the principle of using cold gas to condense water. The refrigerant can be R134A, R407C, R410A. This cold gas will cause the water vapor in the compressed air to condense into drops and separate from the compressed air. The dew point temperature of this model ranges from 3oC- 10oC. The most important part of an air dryer is the heat exchanger
–Orion air dryer Integrates two heat exchangers in one heat exchanger. The shell of the heat exchanger is made of SUS stainless steel to maintain the best pressure. Therefore, pressure is lost when passing Orion air dryer very small (less than 0.015Mpa).
– The turbo radiator tube in the first heat exchanger (primary heat exchanger) cools the pre-compressed air effectively, helping the process of separating water from the compressed air with better efficiency.
– The cross wave filter in the second heat exchanger separates most of the water from the compressed air without losing pressure through these heat exchanger tubes.
– Orion air dryer currently, we use environmentally friendly R134a and R410A gas. Large machine models use 407C gas which does not damage the environment
– Gas pipes are nickel-plated copper pipes to prevent corrosion and protect gas leaks. Previous Orion gas dryers or other brands of gas dryers use copper gas pipes. Copper gas pipes will wear out over time and have small holes, causing gas leaks.
