1. DSF-AL . WATER SEPARATOR

The reason this filter is installed in front of the dryer is to remove a small amount of water before the air enters the dryer to reduce the load on the dryer, to make the dryer work more efficiently, to separate water better and to help dry compressed air. than.

All Orion DSF-AL filters are equipped with an automatic drain valve.
Small filters under the DSF400-AL, the automatic discharge is built-in at the bottom in the form of a float, when the water rises, the valve opens and discharges automatically. For larger filters, the drain valve is separated and is a filter attachment, when you install it, you can swirl it under the filter.

2. LSF-AL AIR FILTER (ORION PRINCIPLE FILTER)
Orion pre-filter or pre-filter or primary filter LSF-AL is an abbreviation for the phrase Line Super Filter-Alumium ie high-performance pre-filter.
It is recommended to be installed behind the dryer because the LSF filter element is composed of fabric, paper and fiberglass stacked with a size as small as 1 micron and a filtration efficiency of 99.999% with filtration function. For water, oil, and dust filters, the filter should always have an automatic drain valve integrated with the filter (with small filters) or an external automatic discharger that also comes with the filter.
If the LSF filter is installed in front of the dryer, because the environment has a lot of water, the filter core will be soaked in water, and the filter core will rot for a long time and cannot be filtered anymore. Therefore, when installing this filter, care must be taken (many factories install an LSF filter in front of the dryer and an MSF filter after the dryer).
The pressure loss when compressed air passes through the LSF filter is 0.005 MPa. 3. AIR FILTER (ORION FILTER)
MSF-AL Orion fine filter MSF-AL also known as Orion secondary filter is abbreviated for the words Mist super Filter-Alumium from the high efficiency mist filter.
Orion fine air filter or Orion secondary air filter is installed after the air dryer with the main function of filtering oil and oil crystals with a size of 0.01 micron with a very high filtration efficiency of up to 99.999%. That is, all particles larger than 0.01 micron when passing through this filter are retained. The amount of oil remaining after going through this filter is very small 0.01 wt/ppm.
The filter element of the secondary air filter Orion MSF-AL is composed of many layers of fabric, paper, glass… stacked together with very small meshes. The life of the air filter element is 1 year of use, but depending on the actual working environment, it is reasonable to replace it to avoid wasting electricity due to the filter blockage.

4. AIR FILTER (NOD FILTER) KSF-AL

The filtration grade of the Orion deodorizing filter is 0.003 microns. The filter core of this deodorant filter is activated carbon fibers (activated carbon fibers) and stacked fabric fibers. The service life of this filter element is generally higher than that of other cartridges because it is the final level of filtration. When going through the primary filter, components such as water, dirt, oil vapor have been filtered out.
