Class-leading specific power consumption
New ALE’s performance is evaluated by specific power consumption as per JIS B 8341: 2008 (ISO1217 Edition3 equivalent). KOBELCO places an importance on not only shaft power but also compressor’s total input power including energy loss in the compressor because electricity consumption for customers is not shaft power and rated motor power but compressor’s total input power.
Unique design to ensure “Oil-free”
KOBELCO’s proven dual vent holes design prevents oil entry in compressor chambers during unload running.
Class 0 certified
KOBELCO has received Class 0 certification (ISO8573-1 [-:-:0]) for〈Emeraude ALE〉series from international test institute called TÜV which certifies the highest level of purity for quality classifications of compressed air.
Long life cycle
Long Overhaul cycle has been achieved thanks to long life cycle bearings.

* Điều kiện hút Áp suất hút tuyệt đối: 0.10MPa, Nhiệt độ hút: 20 ℃, Độ ẩm: 0% RH.
* Lưu lượng khí xả được chuyển đổi sang điều kiện hút.
* Áp suất xả được đo sau bộ làm mát khí.
* Không được sử dụng không khí do máy nén tạo ra trong thiết bị hô hấp, trang bị không khí để hít trực tiếp.
* Áp suất làm việc thông thường của model 0,75MPa & 0,86MPa là 0,70MPa.
* Áp suất làm việc thông thường 1,04MPa là 0,90MPa.
* Vì việc làm mát cho khí nén và bên trong bộ nén phụ thuộc vào điều kiện không khí xung quanh, môi trường xung quanh phải được thông thoáng để tránh nhiệt độ môi trường tăng trên 45 ℃. (Đối với loại máy 1.04MPa giải nhiệt bằng khí, nhiệt độ không khí xung quanh không được vượt quá 40 ℃)
