PRINCIPLE OF OPERATION
Orion refrigerant gas dryer works on the principle of using refrigerant gas to condense water. Refrigerant can be R134A, R407C, R410A. This refrigerant will cause the water vapor in the compressed air to condense into droplets and separate from the compressed air. The dew point temperature of this machine ranges from 3oC to 10oC. To make it easier to imagine, you can see the operation of the air conditioner. The principle of operation of a refrigerant gas dryer is the same as that of your family’s air conditioner. But the dryer can withstand high air pressure (10 bar).
