High performance with two levels of compression
The two levels of compression of the Emeraude FE series provide more efficiency from
8 to 28% compared to typical single-stage oil-free screws.

The unique dual vent design of the Emeraude FE Series prevents oil from entering the compressor chamber and ensures “Oil Free”.
Modern “Gamma Profile” Rotor and Casing with advanced FEM analysis enhances compressor heart reliability.
The compression heads are coated with MoS2 and stainless steel in the second compression level, improving corrosion resistance.
Designed for continuous operation in ambient conditions of 40°C with +5°C allowed.

The starting system of the fixed speed model is Star Delta
* Suction conditions Absolute suction pressure: 0.10MPa, Suction temperature: 20 ℃, Humidity: 0% RH.
* Exhaust air flow is converted to suction condition.
* Discharge pressure is measured after the air cooler.
* Noise values are measured at a position 1.5m from the front of the machine and 1m from the floor in an anechoic room, when the machine is operating at full load.
* Air produced by the compressor must not be used in respiratory equipment equipped with air for direct inhalation.
* The normal working pressure at 0.75MPa is 0.70MPa.
* The normal working pressure at 0.86MPa is 0.80MPa.
* Since the cooling of the compressed air and inside the compression unit depends on the ambient air conditions, the surrounding air must be properly ventilated to avoid the ambient temperature rising above 40℃.
