Gardner Denver Compressed Air Filters
In all compressed air systems, dirt, condensation, and oil these are silent culprits that cause pipeline corrosion, equipment damage, and reduced production quality. Gardner Denver Compressed Air Filters designed to the manufacturer's strict technical standards, it effectively removes impurities from compressed air, ensuring clean, stable, and safe output air for modern industrial production lines.
Overview of Gardner Denver compressed air filters
Founded in 1859, Gardner Denver is one of the first air compressor systems corporations and one of the two corporations with the most air compressor brands in the world. Gardner Denver offers high-performance air compressors. Gardner Denver air compressors, air dryers, and air filters are primarily used in automated machinery in areas requiring high precision, harsh working environments, and hazardous conditions.
Gardner Denver Compressed Air Filters designed to:
- Ensure compressed air quality meets standards.
- Protect the pneumatic equipment at the back.
- Reduce maintenance costs and downtime
- Improve the stability of the entire system
The role of compressed air filters in compressed air systems
After compression, compressed air typically contains:
- Microscopic solid dust
- Steam and condensate
- Oil and oil aerosols
If not handled properly, these impurities will:
- Causes wear and tear on valves, cylinders, and pneumatic equipment
- Blocking the pipes
- Product defects in sensitive manufacturing industries
- Increases maintenance and repair costs
Bộ lọc khí nén Gardner Denver đóng vai trò important protective shield, ensuring that the compressed air is suitable for each level of application requirement.

Structure and operating mechanism of Gardner Denver compressed air filter
Characteristic
- The filter element is designed with stainless steel inner and outer support mesh providing highly efficient filtration capacity
- The advanced filter element design concept allows for a more compact and smaller filter structure
- Easy installation allows the housings to be connected in series, thereby reducing installation and maintenance space.
- Comes standard with automatic drain (integrated drain for GDF540V* and below and external drain for GDF690V* and above)
Filter Type
With 4 precision filter models available: G, D, H and A
- G- Main pipe filter, filters water and oil mist larger than 1 µm, water removal efficiency over 95%
- D- Dust removal filter, filters dust particles larger than 1 µm
- H- Oil removal filter, filters particles larger than 0.01 µm, water mist and oil, along with residual oil content 0.01ppm at 7barg
- Precision de-oiling filter, filtering oil mist larger than 0.001 µm, residual oil content not exceeding 0.001 mg/m3
Principle of operation
Compressed air passes through the filter core, where:
- Solid dust and dirt particles are retained
- Water and oil are condensed and separated
- Clean air comes out with minimum pressure loss
This mechanism helps to maintain stable airflow and protect the equipment behind it.
